unable to signin to my jio account

There seems to be message delivery problems .

Internet is working though i subscribed to prime and did a 303recharge yesterday.

I don't know why ur alone facing this pblm in airtel , jio etc .. Something wrong with ur phone or system or :huh ..

jio handset is different airtel is different, maybe im a bad luck magnet

btw my phone has no volte im on le 1s , so any help .

Try to uninstall the my jio app and reinstall it ..

Same happen with me to sign error

i did reinstall of jio and jio4gvoice , cleared all data too still not working 

it started from yesterday after recharge
