to contol access of personnel files in pen drive.

Dear friends,

Please tell me if anyone know good free software to restrict others from accessing my personnel file in my pen drive, when others borrow my pendrive. Please dont recommend of disk partitions, as i have to work in office computers also with using my pen drive. so if there is any free software to protect my personnel file from my pendrive ,please suggest me here. thankssssssss.
