Chris Jordan called into England T20 squad

Sussex pace bowler Chris Jordan has been called into England’s T20 squad for the three match series against Australia beginning in Hobart on 29 January. The 25 year old who is currently playing in the one day series against Australia replaces Steven Finn in the 15-man squad.

Yorkshire pace bowler Liam Plunkett has been called into the England Lions squad for the tour of Sri Lanka as a replacement for Jordan. England Lions will arrive in Sri Lanka on 27 January and play two three-day matches in Colombo against a Sri Lanka A Team Emerging Players XI.

The squad will then play three four-day matches against Sri Lanka A in Kandy, Dambulla and Colombo.
