Australia can't play Bazball. Australia no longer force in WC. Our young team has beaten them twice in short period of time. Pujara, Pant and Bowlers were fantastic in 2018 series. 2020-21 was fantastic in terms of leadership of Rahane. I wish we continue with Rahane instead of Rohit. 2014 would have been great if Rahane Rohit Vijay would have debuted in 2011 series. Rahane, Vijay, Kohli scored runs, but we were short of good captaincy as MSD retired in that series. Things needs to be on time. Oldies played quiet past their prime. Ganguly, Sachin, Dravid and Laxman should have retired in one go. Windies 2011 tour was waste as we couldn't try much of players there. Kohli and Rohit should have rested for this tour as well along with Jadeja. Windies is weak team overall, we could have tried whole new team. But we don't have good resources. This is going to be fatal for WTC 25 cycle. We don't have replacements for Rohit, Kohli and Rahane. We need to let them go immediately after WC23 from all formats.
England couldn't find perfect opening since 2018, that's why they are failing. Jennings, Lees were dropped immediately. They were quality players. Foakes as well. Bairstow costed them a match I believe. And players like Wood, Archer, needs to be preserved. But they are playing leagues internationally. They don't have good spinners as well. Even though leach is good, beyond him, I don't think they have good spinners. Robinson is pathetic on speed as well. There was no need to play Anderson. Tongue and Potts was there. They would have made huge difference. But going back to Anderson was huge mistake.
