Seetimaarr digital rights with hotstar

Reason for Seetimarr digital rights:

Film production sold Satellite and Digital to Sun Network initially. Later in July they have withdrawn Digital rights from Sunnxt as they want to release movie (Direct-to-Digital) and initiated talks with Amazon prime video and Aha video for direct to digital release. Later after seeing the collections of Thimmarusu, Sr kalyana Mandapam, raja raja chora, makers decided to go woth theatrical release. After success in theatrically, makers invited bids for digital rights. Surprisingly Disney+Hotstar has bid the rights only for digital and they got Rights for 5.2 crores. Other bidders are aha video (3.2 crores) and prime video (4 crores)
