You can read the manual if the Television support 4K resolutions then its compatible with playing Video having H265 codecs & also its better to ask your desire features to service Engineer of perticular Companiy, He will help you more.

Go for any LG 4k Tvs available widely from 32 inch to 70 inch with good pq plus in cheaper price compared to Samsung and Sony 4K Tvs has every LG 4K Tv supports USB H265 video codec playback directly or in simple words download any 4k or H265 video codec movie or video from YouTube or internet and play them directly on TV from USB or screen mirror through your Android phone :tup
