One of the best and stable smartphone OS, Symbian is officially dead. Symbian Signed team has announced it on their twitter account.

Developers can no more update their apps or publish new Apps on the store. However users can still download the existing apps and the developers would still get the revenue from downloads.

This is bad move by Nokia. Anyway it all started when Stephen Elop, a formar Microsoft veteran was allegedly planted by Microsoft inside Nokia to destroy the company.
Nowadays Nokia stores are seen empty because customers have deserted & changed their loyalty.
