Bro if you are using a desktop computer than its normal to not have any bluetooth or wifi connectivity... as it can be easily attached via external hardware...

If you are staying with bsnl bb and want to use bsnl broadband intenret in your mobile devices via wifi then you can get wifi router.. that is the solution of your problem... since bsnl uses adsl technology you can get modem + router which will work without your wired modem and single device for both wifi router and modem...

If you are going with private broadband provider who use cable net via fiber optic then they will give you their own device which is called as gepon... it will work as modem and you will have to connect it to WAN port having wifi router to get internet connection wirelessly...
