OnePlus 6 (if you can find one) IMO. Its an all round performer without any gaps for a decent price.

I would suggest one plus 6T(I am using it now), but main drawback is missing 3.5mm jack. Considering other pros, I think we can ignore 3.5mm jack if it's not priority for you.

And price could have been 4-5k less, if you find any good card offers or exchange deals then can go for it ignoring the price.

I would suggest iPhone 7 Plus. With exchange and cashback you can get it in your budget.

iPhone X will be best if you can stretch up to 60k (with exchange and cashback).

If you consider this too much for health then we should not walk in sunlight because it is of same power rating 1watt/m2

Thanks for the quote however i still prefer phones which emits less radiations.
