Hello Guys,
I am facing a strange issue with Jiofiber. 2 days ago, Jiofiber got installed in my home, having router model - JCOW404 , with firmware installed - SRCMTF1_JCOW404_R3.10.2 , and I have a windows 10 / Ubuntu dual-boot desktop and one Laptop running win 11.
When I try to do pingtest by connecting via LAN to 8.8.8.8 , I see lot of packetloss from my both Windows 10 and Windows 11 device, but there is no packet loss when I test with my iPhone 13 and ubuntu OS installed in my desktop. Both of my windows machine running on Realtek drivers, could this be an issue? Because if it happens due to router or firmware of router , it should happen on all of my devices, not only on windows devices. It will be helpful if anyone can suggest on this issue.
Im also attaching images of pingtest here -
