I want to say that when upa govt was in power then crude oil was 110 $ / berol then petrol was 79 rs. Now crude oil only 65$ / berol then petrol 75/ rs in my city chhindwara. This govt fail to stop hike price.

When NDA left and UPA came in 2004 price of petrol was Rs 35. What was the price when UPA left in 2014 ?

These are initial hardship a product of years of misgovernance. Things will be alright within 5 years of Modi govt I presume.

Excuse me Anup Tiwari bro but Sarkar bro's reply relates to that part of your post where you compared inflation rate or Mahangai at present with that prevailed few months ago when UPA was ruling the country. Nothing wrong in his reply.

Bro jab international market me price hike hoti hai tab india me bhi hoti hai but upa govt ke samay international market me crude oil mahanga tha par abhi internatioal market me sasta hai when why did increase price?

.

Past it was Congress, now its BJP. Indians are suffering because of Petrol Price hikes.
Petrol prices in India are highest in South-East Asia. People pay much less for petrol in countries like Pakistan, Malaysia and Sri- Lanka. Why is the Indian government not passing the benefits of reduction in global crude oil prices to its citizens

I agree with u bro

I don't have much idea but it's not sensible to compare our country with Pakistan, Srilanka or any other countries. There is a hell of difference between our economy, demography geography necessities priorities etc. Indian economy is one of world's fastest growing economy. We have to bear with some critical conditions.

LUCKNOW, The Uttar Pradesh unit of
the Congress on Saturday reacted
sharply to the hike in petrol and
diesel prices and slammed the
Narendra Modi-led central
government for "adding more
burden" on the common man.
Transport fuel prices were hiked
effective Friday midnight by Rs 3.13
per litre for petrol and by Rs 2.71 a
litre for diesel, including state levies,
state-owned oil marketing companies
(OMCs) said.
Uttar Pradesh Congress president
Nirmal Khatri said the farmers are
already reeling under the impact of
unseasonal rainfall and hailstorms
and will now face more problems
with the hike in diesel prices.
"Is this what the Prime Minister
meant by acche din (good days),"
Khatri said.
He added that the Congress will
oppose the fuel price hike tooth and
nail.
He also demanded a rollback of the
hike and pointed out that when
international prices were down from
what they were during the UPA
regime, then why were prices being
hiked domestically.
Leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party
(BJP) legislature party in the
legislative council, Hriday Narayan
Dixit however accused the Congress
of "shedding crocodile tears" over
the fuel price hike and said that the
Congress should have also noted
and commented on the several
occasions when fuel prices were
slashed in the last one year.
"People of India know that the Modi
government is working relentlessly
for their good, well being and
welfare," the BJP leader commented.
