If you have many crickets rights then it's not enough as Test match/ODI runs whole day ;)

On top of that you have to broadcast in Hindi to capture large market share and for that you need to show graphics also in Hindi that means seperate channel

Well I guess Star has Indian cricket & ICC events as the only cricketing property for which they show multi lingual feed and both events do not occur simultaneoulsy. CLT20 has already been scrapped. They can use their third channel SS3 for broadcasting football matches in case of clash of events which they did even last season. Anyways its upto the Star Sports management and there's no point dicussing it here.:lol

You forget to mention Cricket Australia and England Cricket Board right ;)
They also recently got Bangladesh right :k

And there is Badminton currently running on SS4 along with Kabaddi(SS2) , Indian football(on Oct), Hockey :k

Good news ;
Yes, as we already paying for Data , paying for Subscription of streaming makes no sense when thousands of free streaming is available !

It's suitable to those countries where even Cable tv is streamed on TV with free Data service :k
