Discovery doesn't have Indian football friendly rights. Plus I League, I League 2 and Qualifier are available on 1 sports. They are more like an streaming arrangements rather than full fledged ownership over rights. Like AIFF just tells 1 sports to broadcast those and 1 sports do it . Another rights that can be added is AFC Champions league and AFC Cup which are available on Jio Football. Other info for football are correct.

New Delhi [India], March 23 (ANI): The Indian men's senior national team's forthcoming international friendlies against Oman and UAE on March 25 and 29 respectively will be broadcast live in India on Eurosport, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) confirmed on Tuesday.

Edit: Sony owns rights of Impact Wrestling and pay per views. Eurosport owns rights of Impact+ special pay per views.

Eurosport to telecast Blue Tigers' international friendlies

New Delhi [India], March 23 (ANI): The Indian men's senior national team's forthcoming international friendlies against Oman and UAE on March 25 and 29 respectively will be broadcast live in India on Eurosport, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) confirmed on Tuesday.

They did acquire the recently played matches.. So I have added the same.

Actually they don't have any rights. So what happened is The 1st friendly was scheduled on 25th March. Star said that they will telecast the friendly only if AIFF will share broadcasting details with them on or before 19th may. But AIFF delayed it. There was allegations of third party intervention. Because of AIFF delay, star didn't telecast it. Now we fans of National team trended AIFF wakeup and protested against AIFF on twitter. So AIFF hastily brought in Eurosport. Even then Eurosport didn't telecast 1st friendly. They had some technical problem. We watched it on Oman TV yt channel with Arabic commentary. For 2nd match, they telecasted. But with Arabic production. You can verify with 'Indian NT Friendly' thread on OnlyTech forum. Star is the front runner when it comes to India. Football rights.
