Let me explain, how is that u feel that above examples are just alliances and not purchasing ???

In Goa, congress got 17 seats, BJP got 13
2 regional parties got 3 seats each

Now, Congress went to the Gov to stake claim, but they had no letters of support. How can u form Givt with 17 seats when u need 21
The regional parties saw the stable govt of BJP from 2012-17, hence decided they will ally with BJP be part of NDA.

U need to be convincing to get support form other parties, the local parties didnt go with congress as they knew their leadership was weak.
And congress here had 5 ex CMs who had won, so they were not sure who their leader would be. Hope u get what i mean to say. BJP on the other hand had Ex Defence Minister Parrikar as their choice.

Same thing happened in Manipur, as the local parties would go with the party in power at the centre as there would be stability and development.

Every citizen should learn local language along with mother tongue. My cousins mother tongue is Telugu, but they don't know how read and write, but always they speak Thier mother tongue. And some knowledge on National language.

yes bro agree, here also people must talk in local state language/national languages.

Main point is since my state is small, many migrants come from different places, One day the situation will be so that we locals will have no place and outsiders will come here to stay.

hence we were demanding Special Status so that Non Goans cannot purchase land. But since Special Status cannot be given, State Govt will pass a legislation equivalent to preserve the culture and protect the land
