I think 260-280 would be a winning score in ODIs with new rules....

Once bowlers adapt to 5 fielders outside in final 10 overs, they can bowl to the body with 4 players on the leg-side fence.
60-80 runs in those 10 overs might be expected.

Best rules according to me were :-

1-10 overs mandatory pp
5 overs of bowling pp
5 overs of batting pp

For 30 overs- 5 fielders can be outside

First 10 Overs - 2 fielders Out
11-15 Overs - 3 fielders Out
16- 50 Overs - 5 fielders Out.

4 fielders out arrangement is boring :dodgy
