yes bro, Keshav Maharaj is of an Indian origin. His father Athmanand was an Indian who played as a wicketkeeper for the Natal province. He couldn’t play at the Test level because of the apartheid era and lost his cricket career to the International sporting boycott. His grandfather was also a cricketer.
Maharaj’s father has good relations with India cricketers including the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Mohammad Azharuddin and Kiran More.
