Seeking Help Sony HTX8500

I Recently brought Sony HTX8500 ,it supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby digital but while connecting to Airtel Internet TV it's not producing any ATMOS or DOLBY Digital output. My connection is as follow
Airtel Internet TV STB- Soundbar HDMI IN- Soundbar HDMI earc - Vu TV HDMI Arc

try changing audio output settings in airtel stb to bitstream / dolby digitial (instead of PCM).

I Changed it to Maxim available Dolby digital plus ,in that there is no option to change Dolby Atmos only Dolby digital /pcm / Dolby digital plus available
