FAT box near my locality is located well below on the pole, far away from dangerous electricity wires. So, I myself have closed the box 2 times.

Same CC Issue happened with my airfiber jio automatically closes complaints of no heart beat(issue in poe) everytime I got message that issue solved from Backend , how it would be possible to solve that issue from backend?

Once again my area all JioFiber FAT boxes doors are opened. This is done during a rainy season to make sure no box remains operative for connections.
