Today received "Lenovo Vibe K5 Note" till 22% battery worked fine. But after that it's came to directly 15% & again after few seconds 10%, 5%, 3% & switched off.

I took replacement request just now, but before that I had used free "Screen Guard". Would I get replacement?

Is this battery problem occuring everytime or just once ? Flipkart or Amazon ?

Only once I saw because phone received today. I'll check it again tomorrow.

But not only faced about battery but also in scroll down toolbars. It was solved after resetting factory setting.

BTW, I purchased it from flipkart

Exchange is tough now a days and with flipkart it is even more difficult unless you can demonstrate the issue in front of the delivery boy. Normally Li-ion battery requires 4-5 recharge cycle to become fully operational. So try recharge/discharge few times and check the issue.

How much internal Storage remained?

If you had used more than 4gb then go to setting>storage&usb>internal storage>clear cache. That would be clear your cache. Then try to download.
