Display is super AMOLED, but not finding Always on Display option in settings.

Samsung mid-range devices doesn't have AOD. There's no option to wake up your phone by tapping on screen. You'll need to download third party app from play store that can do this.

Third party app eats a lot battery. So can't be used regularly.
