Seeking Help Sideload Apps on Android TV Version 5.5

Hello guys, basically I've jio AirFiber STB which don't allow sideload any app, basically i want to install tata play binge on TV, I've got LED tv with android version 5.5, Yes you read it correct (Videotex), it doesn't have Google play store but its own app Store but i want to sideload tata play binge app on it, need a direct link of it which is safe to login etc can also guide how i may send apk to TV with phone.

Just write <apk name> apk for android 5.5 on your chrome in mobile and download from their. Then send it to tv via any file transfer app.
