Whooping 50 rupees from mobile to basic.

Is this right to queue 4 packs including 2 yearly packs just to save few hundred.
You are stuck up with jio for next 3-4 years irrespective of their service
I am expecting another price hike in 2025 also improvement in speed with price hike
Next recharge Date is Jan'27

But I don't expect increase in service quality in affordable price. Sooner or later we will back to 1000rs, 10gb 3G pack in rocket speed.

That's why we should buy vouchers. If we want to move from Jio Prepaid (I moved to Jio Postpaid Rs199 plan), we can transfer those vouchers to anyone and it will never go waste.

So again 336 days :wall:

As I told earlier, for 365 days this comes to around Rs2063, which is Rs64 costlier than even Airtel and VoId annual plans, both @ Rs1999. Earlier Jio used to be 5% cheaper than them, now it is 3% Costly and that too for Long term Validity plan. This is the plan many middle to upper-middle class people will recharge for their secondary numbers. Another set of target audience for this plan, are people who have great WiFi in Home and work places. They (myself included) will just use Rs222 TopUp for 50GB data with base plan validity, which also got removed :damn: now. For them, now Airtel and VoId are better for those purposes. So now Jio is good for being a primary connection only.

I was expecting Jio Team, to use their brain cells and change the number of days of validity to 365 days before official launch on July 03, but NO. With ZERO unlimited 5G, no proper data TopUp plan available, this once a great plan has lost all its charm now, imho.

Jio don't want their customers on those value plans. They are now focusing on average revenue per user metrics. They want their customers to go either ₹2399 annual plan or go towards ₹349 per month 5G plan. Both these helps Jio to increase ARPU.
