I visited my SBI branch told me, if you already close your accounts in SBI, their employee needs to answer to back-end team about customers, Why he needs to closing account in your branch. this only happened in SBI because they are big bank in India, they need more customers to bring new insurance polices, credit cards issuer and more account to make more deposits. That's why SBI is popular with numbers of account holders.

Important Update Regarding Your SBI Card Mobile App

Dear Cardholder,

This is an important communication regarding your SBI Card Mobile App.

To prevent loss and/or misuse of financial data that may arise due to the outdated security features on older versions of OS, the SBI Card Mobile App no longer supports devices running on Apple iOS 16 or below. Similarly, w.e.f. 30 Apr 2025, the app will cease to support devices running on Android OS 11 or below.

Please check the OS version on your device and update it in case your device is running on the above-mentioned versions.
