As expected, first ICICI then SBI figured why's ICICI having all the fun. Bad for those who’re used to circulating money from cards to bank.
EMI processing fee was the only upside of SBI cards but can’t complain when 199+GST is now the industry standard

It is increased from 99 to 199.
First HDFC started charging, now every card is charging.
SBI/ICICI refund this and discontinue EMI if you cancel the transaction.

But in Axis, they will refund the total amount but emi will continue evenif you cancel it.
