not particular about samsung. Anything which is latest and good features is fine as per my budget said earlier. But i dont want Redmi or Real me..

Well.. if you leave out Redmi & Realme, there's not much left. Oppo & Vivo are busy with their over-priced offline centric phones. The upcoming Oneplus & Asus phones will probably be above ₹30k. So, this leaves only Samsung.
I'll suggest you to wait for the Samsung Galaxy M51/M41. It's coming really soon & will most probably have a Snapdragon processor as well. So look out for that.

P65 at this price point isn't justified

Don't go for A Series phones. Those are meant for offline market and are on the expensive side. The M Series provide much more value and has similar specs at a lot less price.

I read in another forum like A31 will be available online sale in Amazon, Flipkart and Offline stores.

Yeah.. It will be available on Online platforms as well. By "for offline market" I meant that it's focused more on the offline customers. Offline-Centric that is.
Just like Oppo F Series & Vivo V Series. Those are Offline-Centric phones as well, but are also available online.
Most online customers won't buy these, as there's much more better & cheaper options available.

Take Samsung Galaxy A51 & Samsung Galaxy M31 for example. Both have same specs. Infact M31 is better than A51 in few aspects, like Camera & Battery. But there's a huge difference in the Price. That's because one is meant of the offline market & the other is meant for online.
