There's no Ads on the "Homescreen". Not even on the M Series.
If you are talking about the system wide ads on notification panel and various Samsung apps, then YES. It's there even on their Flagship devices.

For stable and frequent software updates go for samsung A52 it will last till android 14 while oneplus will give buggy updates for 2years till android 13.
