JioJoin is down in my JioFiber connection as well.

The router web login page shows red cross mark on VOIP. I think due to this JioJoin app is down.

I was facing same issue with jio fiber also. Then i contacted jio cc and they transferred my call to technical department and then technical person fixed this issue on call itself after resetting and restarting router 2 times from their side. But when i call again regarding same voice related issue for jio airfiber connection they firstly said it will be get rectified by itself in some times but when i insist they simply generate sr for this instead of fixing the issue manually from their end like in case of jio fiber.
I also asked about jiohome app issue, they said that app is also having some technician issue and it will be fixed soon from backend.

Not getting JioFibre anymore. Our internet is down since last two days after a storm. No engineer has visited till date. They keep on delaying. All the slots on app shows full. Not one phone number is provided. So we don't even know when the engineer will come. We have to stay at home on work day to get things fixed. Meanwhile local LCO has restored neighbour's wifi on that day itself. What a disgrace.

#boycott jio fiber / airfiber 😕 shift to other best available network like airtel.
Jio is currently focused only on acquiring more and more connections to showcase big numbers, without caring for their existing customers. This approach will not benefit Jio in the long term. Constantly giving freebies is not a sustainable way to run a business. If your service is good, customers will be naturally attracted to it. Airtel has a clear mindset of providing good service without relying on tempting offers.
