Even I have 2022 model but its not supporting 4k only in Jio Cinema

Its working absolutely well in Prime Video & Hotstar

Jio Cinema used to support 4k during IPL 2023, at that time even highlights were available in 4k for me, but after that I could not view a single cricket match in 4k, not even IPL 2023's highlights

Ur app updated to 4.2.14? If so still no 4k ..

Few question for u..

All troubleshooting done like uninstall & install, clear cache?
Press tv power button 5 second....restart option there press once..
Sony select app in Bravia tv ..clear data & clear cache...

Hope you get live cricket in 4k..

Its confirmed...problem in jio app...

Now its asking for login to watch cricket.. Earlier we were able to watch free contents like cricket as guest without logging...
