What is the hardware version number of your STB? It should be mentioned on the bottom side of the STB.

Mine is mentioned as JHSD200-v3. It hasn't received either the firmware or the Live TV app update.

If they are updating the versions it means they are working on it. How come they are taking this long is beyond my comprehension.

But with every update there is no any improvement i noticed, Infact this update made channels changing experience even worse. Now it is taking more time to load the channels when switching.

They are doing work even slower than the government office. 😏
