Why jio fiber watching BSNL iftv launch in Tamil Nadu ..... They having complete setup architecture but not using that ..... What are reason behind..... Nearly one year they are testing the live tv app

This is just my opinion, but I believe it's true.

To put it in simple words:
If Jio starts an IPTV service, a large number of people in both metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas might stop using DTH and cable services. This could have a significant impact on the entire TV market.

Also, if a government company like BSNL were to launch an IPTV service..

so it’s concider as new revolution 😜

(most of Jio ko hi loss hoga, because in cable services jio is earning good profit from hathway, den and Gtpl)

I agree with your opinion. We will discuss about the each and every small movements & development in live tv launch .But from the Jio side they didnot watch the market competition they will act like as a government company.and also they did not announce anything about the new jio IOT set top box

Most broadband/fiber homes have DTH (ex: Airtel users have Airtel Fiber-DTH combo and some Jio fiber users rely on Tata play DTH), Cable TV have mass viewers, who are unable change packs. So, IPtv will affect DTH companies, but Jio Star (Previously Disney Star) have 30% stake in Tata Play DTH.
