1. "Authorised service provider?????? means any person or group of persons or body corporate of any organization or body who has been authorised by IPTV Service Provider to distribute the IPTV Signal. Currently it is Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
2. To avail IPTV service the subscriber needs to keep its broadband connection from authorised service provider and IPTV both the services active.
3. The IPTV Service Provider / authorised service provider shall be offering its services on pre-paid model only.
4. The billing cycle for prepaid payment shall be thirty days from the date of activation of services.
5. Subscriber agrees that continuous suspension of service for more than three months will lead to deactivation of signals by IPTV Service Provider / authorised service provider and subscriber may be labile to pay an amount of Rs.100 as reactivation fee in case of reactivation in such a scenario.
6. Subscriber shall be required to renew their plan on or before the expiry date along with the Broadband plan from the authorised service provider.
