Need an application to topup wallet from credit card and then transfer top up amount to bank account to use credit card amount as cash.. recently using Payzapp app to transfer but now payzapp charges @2% .. please suggest app which don't charges amount on bank transfer...

You can try a list of wallets like

1. Dbs Bank
2. The Mobile Wallet
3. Pesave
4. Pockets (with physical Card)
5. Udio
6. Zeta

Apps like dbs, pesave and zeta provide card for free. Pockets, mobile Wallet nd udio requires one tym fee of 100.

Its free if you have paytm payments bank account. You can add money to wallet first and then move it to payments bank. From there, you can send to any other bank for free with UPI or IMPS
