Supreme Court today granted bail to Nurpur Talwar in the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case.
Talwar and her husband Rajesh Talwar, also a dentist, are accused of killing their 14-year-old daughter Aarushi and their domestic help Hemraj at their home in Noida, a Delhi suburb, in May 2008. Rajesh Talwar is out on bail.
Nupur Talwar has been lodged in Ghaziabad's Dasna jail since April 30. She was arrested after a warrant was issued against her by a special CBI court for ignoring summons. Within days of her arrest she moved the Supreme Court for bail.
