If we have a bank account and its mobile App registered (like YONO, iMOBILE), can we create a QR code from the App for receiving money [create a QR code for the account, download it, print it and scan it to pay] ?
If yes, are there any charges for this?

That is possible from upi apps also.

I think it is free, but you can confirm it with the bank.

PayTM for business does that and there is no additional fees levied by them. You can just link your bank account and then order a printed all in one QR code which can be scanned by any UPI app and the payment will go directly to your linked bank account and if scanned by PayTM app even wallet balance can be used to pay and you can transfer it to your bank account either manually or automatically.
