Honor 10 is good in camera...
One plus is having good memory I think...

Both doesn't support micro SD
Honor 10 has slightly more battery life...

Does not know about the UI as I haven't used them till now...

Honor 10 slow charging issue.... bad battery life

My friend suggest me go for Oneplus 6

I don't quite know about Honor but knowing about Oneplus 6, I would definitely recommend it. Isn't the 64GB variant 35,000 rupees?

Low light photography of one plus is better. For playing games sd with adreno is better.
Plus one plus got amoled in comparison to ips panel of honor.
Even resale value of one plus is better.
