Why 3 different broadcaster in Pak ? Do they have different games right ?

Yes Same Happened Last year as well that there were 3 broadcasters and sad part is that no one has HD telecast and customers either relaying on feed or Dsports for HD viewing

Information Minister have promised to start Ptv Sports in HD but we are still waiting for promise to fulfilled.

How does rights are given ? Official broadcaster resale right to other companies or PCB directly sale rights for different territory ?
