Hi,

I am facing issue with my laptop. It has Win7. Whenever,I put any pendrive may laptop gets hang. It doesn't respond anything. I connected two pendrives and mobile, always it gets hang. If I connect same pendrive or mobile to my other laptop it works fine. I haven't installed any new software. Also uninstalled the the driver software from Device manager. I googled the issue. I tried all the solution, but no result. Is anyone facing or faced same kind of issue? Any help much appreciated.

Thanks
Abhash

avg is efficient antivirus. what was your windows installed date. what about speed of laptop.

Windows7 was preinstalled with the laptop. Almost 3yrs back.
Processor: Intel Pentium P6100 @2GMz
RAM: 3GB.

Try to disable some third party software from startup, programs like Samsung kies Tray agent, Nero Back It Up etc. Turn it off one by one and reboot. check if your problem gets resolved by disabling that startup entry.
