Jio 2G in chennai madipakkam. Gave many complaints but no action from jio. They closing the complaints just like that after 48hrs. Now sent mail to appellate officer.

No problem in the mobile its a new one. I use samsung A5 2016. I get minimum of 12 mbps speed in my office near perungudi. Signal issue in my home.
