Airtel may be sluggish network compared to others atleast in Mumbai.
I am getting around 1.7Mbps speed on MTNL broadband during daytime.

I think Trai has stipulated min speed for broadband which is 500 Kbps & MTNL/BSNL min BB speed is now 1Mbps.
