Lol.. no bro. You are not. Seems like Jio guys have woke up and reduced the speeds.
Anyways, i had good 8-9 months of high speed surfing. These days am mostly on Wi-Fi and Jio speed have also reduced to 10-30 Mbps.

The speed is never constant. Later the download speed came down to less than 1 Mbps. Wonderful.!
