They said to keep it as it's a missing item refund.
why you didn't opt for a replacement bro.
Recently ordered a led batten from amazon it wasn't even packed it was in original packing as shown in amazon website no other packing material was used like they use for other items box was open no clips for installation purpose were provide replaced it thru cc but replacement it also damaged but this time damage/dent is minor and clips are also there so will keep it cc insisted me for return less refund but i didn't take the refund because product is in working condition and damage is minor and i didn't wanted free product. first time had to contact amazon cc and they are best they said they will remove this seller or will take action against seller so other customers don't get damaged product like me this is right thing to do in my opinion keeping the product and taking refund is very bad some people here are doing this this is awful .

When I received the product I immediately not able to opt for replacement as the Delivery status not changed from out for delivery to delivered. So i contacted CC.

Ordered an Crompton geyser from flipkart on 2nd November while ordering it was showing open box delivery will be done but after 2 or 3 days of ordering now different geyser showing in order section and customer care is saying open box delivery is not available for this item can anyone here help me.

Cancelled this no solution from Flipkart cc asking for screenshot of order page to confirm if open box delivery was showing there they are clueless it's my mistake that I trusted Flipkart and didn't take screenshot you guys don't make this mistake see pictures ordered product is different and cancelled one is different but model number and order I'd is same they are not taking responsibility just blaming seller but it was Flipkart who promised open box delivery. Anyway purchased Bajaj Astor 15 litre yesterday for 6200 is this good price ?
