Does any1 having an issue with linking their bank account on phonepe bcauz I am getting this issue

Sent money to @ybl upi id and got a scratch card with Rs.22 but the money gets deposited in phonepe wallet not bank account like Google pay. Did another transfer but second tome got 'Better luck next time' in scratch card.
