Seeking Help Phone screen turning off automatically during call

In my phone (Mi A3), screen automatically turns off once call is started. Issue is there in both incoming & outgoing calls.
Once call ends, it again displays properly.
If headphone is plugged in, then there is no issue.

Any solution?

Check this under Display settings, redmi phones have proximity sensor issues in general. Try cleaning the sensor area and see if it's helps. Also you can try sensor test app to check if proximity sensor is working.

I have checked and found that proximity sensor is not working.
Also, I didn't have same options in settings.

Just to add, My phone is Mi A3, which is android one phone. So, not miui, there is stock android. So, options will be different.

I gave Settings for stock Android only. It seems sensor gone and you are out of luck if phone is out of warranty.

Looks like it's a common issue for some Xiaomi devices. Also, there are several videos on YouTube that claims to fix this issue, you may follow those, but at your own risk.
