Seeking Help Phone screen turning off automatically during call

In my phone (Mi A3), screen automatically turns off once call is started. Issue is there in both incoming & outgoing calls.
Once call ends, it again displays properly.
If headphone is plugged in, then there is no issue.

Any solution?

Only screen turns off, I can talk without any issue.
But, as screen is off. I can't access keypad/speaker options or any other app.

Proximity sensor issue might be .. I also facing it sometimes .. once you want to access keypad in on call then do this steps to sort out

Take a mobile from ur ear and just cover ur ear speaker with hands quickly it'll help to turn on ur screen 99% coz that's what I'm doing sometimes especially when data is on or in wifi connected

I tried that using developer options. Then, it works well. But, it turns off camera sensor as well.
Any option to turn off only proximity sensor?

Apps - system apps settings - call settings - incoming call settings - proximity sensor (turn off) this might solve the issue

Don't do it in developer option it'll off the sensor in all apps which all are linked to proximity sensor
