if that is the case, then why that logic was not applied when crude oil price was touched rock bottom price of 27 US$ per barrel in 2016 Jan and Feb. That time Govt didnt reduced the price and passed the benefit of low crude oil price to common people.

Can you show me proof that its Govt that hiked the prices yesterday.......

Tell me one thing, if prices are decreased, will public transport (buses) private (rikshaws, cabs, etc) will reduce the price ??? Direct benifits will be for people who have on vehicle, but what will those who rely on such trasnsport do.

In 2013, the prices of Buses, Cabs and taxis were hiked, Its still the same. Rs 10 for adult for one way bus transport. So many timesthe prices were reduced. Why the private operators dont redeuce is the question
