Seeking Help Payzapp crashing/not responding in Redmi Note 4

Bros, Payzapp is continuously crashing on my both RN4. From money addition to payment in irctc (scan to pay), every time.
Contacted Payzapp CC, he told me some issue is going on, will be sorted by day end which turns to be fake as checked with friend's phone (Asus), no problems there.
MIUI version: 9.5.8.0 Stable.
Please help.

Bro I just tried recharging my Tata sky using payzapp and it worked fine. I am using payzapp app version 3.04.01.02 and also I have kyc verified as I have HDFC bank account.
