Paytm Payment Bank launched a new app, option to create a new account & to create a username for existing account holders is available in the new app

I logged into my old PPB account and all services are working fine.

Transaction with third party UPI apps are also working.

I tried to open my paytm account today. i can verify this news, in the new paytm account, company is now accepting new upi users onboard with upi with no need to to kyc again right now. it' working with 5 banks yes bank, hdfc, sbi, axis bank. i check sending paytm money.

it's working. I found about paytm interface is still difficult to navigate to search your upi account also it's shows add credit card link in the main screen even you already added your primary bank. I will explained to you, i attached a image with this comment. I think it's a bug, which don't check your bank account is already link.

I used paytm again, it's full of ads about offers and credit card, the offers are provided by the sponsored brands are useless unless you click on the redeemed link, you need to provide paytm no to those websites are totally a user' privacy issue. Some times, i got spam calls on my number with different numbers on my paytm number,

I suggestions avoid this, it's payments mode is fast but there are a lot of issues. Customer care are based on AI help desk.

True, I decided to uninstall paytm completely

I have never made my credit card payment in Paytm nor made any kind of payment from my credit card, yet Paytm sends me a notification of credit card payment every month. I don't know where they get this information from.

I use only the merchant app, no longer have the main Paytm app.

It reads your sms for credit card payment, and they charge convenience fees when every other apps is giving cashback or something else.

Paytm is becoming snapdeal.
