I have BCCI to blame in this whole scenario
When BCCI does not want to play the series
Than why didn't they straight away tell about it to PCB, why keep them hanging

Actually bcci wants to play as they will get lots of money but Govt don't want bcoz of repeated ceasefire violation and terrorist attack in J&K & BCCI cannot go against Govt though it's not a Govt Organization bcoz if BCCI go then Govt will impose lots of income tax which BCCI hasn't paid [emoji6]
