bro you are not getting the point.... when virat came into team we had all senior players (like sachin, dravid, laxman) and he got to play along with them and got groomed... have you not seen these youngsters get to speak with these seniors during the training sessions.... Grooming means nurturing a youngster under supervison of a mentor..... my question is who will take the role of mentor from now... do we have any player in the current team who is as skillful as sachin, dravid or laxman... when virat/raina/rahane needs a help to finetune them whom they will run for..... huh:huh
