Rohit Sharma broke another record today. He is now the highest run scorer in a calender year as an opener in all formats. He broke the 22 year old record of Sri Lanka's Sanath Jayasuriya who scored 2387 runs in 1997. Rohit achieved this feat after he scored his 9th run in Cuttack today.
